A community pilot

Seamless at Home

Can everyday technology, set up properly and with real support behind it, help older adults stay connected and live independently at home longer? That's what Seamless at Home is testing.

Volunteers help older neighbors set up a simple tablet and a few home sensors, troubleshoot problems and learn tools for daily use, with a "Get Help" button that reaches a live person on weekdays. There's no cost to participants.

Our role

We received the grant, and we run the pilot.
